A healthy version of Tik Tok's famous whipped coffee

So... I am sure you have heard of the viral "whipped coffee" or dalgona coffee. It is such a fun thing to make, and drink too. It also looks great for the perfect instagram:)) It is also very easy and takes only four ingredients!! I know right, barely anything!!!!


Well anyway, I tried to make it a little bit healthier because it is so good, you will want it everyday.



INGREDIENTS/ MEASUREMENTS OF WHAT YOU NEED


2 tablespoons of instant coffee (I use the nescafe brand which works really well. DON'T USE THE STARBUCKS BRAND!!! I tried with the starbucks instant coffee and I whisked with an electric mixer for 30 minutes and it showed zero results of what the coffee should look like. I also googled it and it said not to use starbucks as it doesn't work.


2 1/2 tablespoons of boiling hot water


1 packet of powdered stevia


1/2 packet of sugar in the raw cane sugar


Sprinkle of cinnamon (totally optional! I am a huge cinnamon girl so I like sprinkling cinnamon on the finished product but you totally don't need to!!)


HOW TO MAKE IT:


Put your stevia, sugar and coffee in a mixing bowl. Add your hot water and use an electric hand whisk to mix. (you can also mix by hand which takes longer or you can use a hand mixer) Whisk until thick and fluffy. Pour over iced milk and mix it up, well after you take a picture of your beautiful creation, of course.


Also, if you have seen recipes where everything is equal, that works too! I like adding more water because it makes it thick instantly!!
