Incredible no-churn mint chip ice cream recipe 💚

Hi guys!!! I recently found a fabulous recipe for a Mint chip ice cream and it is TO DIE FOR!!!


Here‘s what you need


2 CUPS OF HEAVY CREAM

1 14 OZ CAN OF CONDENSED MILK

1 TSP PEPPERMINT EXTRACT

1 CUP CHOCOLATE CHIPS (I used semi sweet)

3 DROPS OF GREEN FOOD COLORING






Here’s how to make it


Beat the two cups of heavy cream on medium speed for 8 minutes or until they form stiff peaks. In a separate bowl, combine your condensed milk, peppermint extract, chocolate chips, and green food coloring. Once combined, fold your heavy cream mixture into the condensed milk mixture and fold until perfectly combined. (DON‘T OVER MIX) Pour into any freezer safe dish, and freeze for six hours, or overnight. Add your favorite toppings, and enjoy!!!
