Air-fried healthy cauliflower fried rice bowl that is AMAZING

I always have loved fried rice and have always wanted to make my own. I recently bought an air-fryer which I will link but I was so excited to use my air-fryer and make delicious, healthy recipes with it. The air-fryer itself is so easy and I totally recommend getting one. I made the best dish which was so easy and took barely any time.

INGREDIENTS YOU WILL NEED:

1 bag of frozen riced cauliflower

1/2 cup diced onion

1/2 cup diced carrot

1/2 cup diced mushrooms

1/2 cup diced snap peas or normal peas

1/2 cup diced bell peppers

4 tablespoons coconut amino acids (you can eyeball it but that is how much I used)

1 teaspoon turmeric

2 oz of cooked chicken breast (use as much as you want)

1 tablespoon rice vinegar

Heat your air-fryer to 375º. Put your chicken, 2 tablespoons of your coconut amino's, turmeric, onion, carrots, and any other vegetables that take longer to cook of your choice. Let it cook for 10 minutes. While cooking, dice and put into a bowl your mushrooms, snap peas, bell peppers and your cauliflower rice. When the ten minutes are up, pour the bowl into the air-fryer and mix the cooked ingredients. Add your rice vinegar and salt and pepper. Mix up, then put in for 8 minutes. When done take out and serve!! Add avocado if you want.

I hope you liked this recipe! I eyeballed a couple of things and you can too based on how much you like them. Let me know how it was! Also, the photo above isn't mine, but it is from a similar recipe that I found because I forgot to take a picture :/! This is the air-fryer I have https://www.usa.philips.com/c-m-ho/cooking/airfryer-xxl

I totally recommend it! Hope this was super tasty:)
